Cedar Wind Flutes is proud to anounce our new line of "Transverse Flutes." The transververse blown flute is the oldest form of flute and was found through out the world including the Americas. It is easy to play; simply place your lower lip to the edge of the hole and blow a soft stream of air at the splitting edge. It may take a while to become accustomed to holding your upper lip properly, but the more you plat the more proficient you will become. They have a soft soothing sound you will fall in love with.
Made from rivercane harvested from North Carolina, these flutes have a deep sound with good volume. The soft feel ov the rivercane is easy to hold and has a fire kissed look.
